Welcome to Workuria.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including all services related to resume submission, recruiter access, and premium database usage. By using our website, you agree to abide by the terms stated below.


1. User Eligibility

  • Job seekers may use our platform to upload their resumes without needing to register.
  • Recruiters must create an account to access and download resumes from the premium database.

2. Resume Submission

  • Job seekers are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information they provide.
  • Uploaded resumes will remain in our database for 30 days, after which they will be automatically deleted.
  • We may use the submitted information to organize and filter resumes for recruiter viewing.

3. Premium Database Access

  • Recruiters can access the resume database after purchasing a subscription plan.
  • Misuse of candidate data β€” including spam, unsolicited contact, or reselling β€” is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action.

4. Payment Terms

  • Subscription charges for recruiters are non-refundable.
  • Plans: $10 For 01 Week, $40 For 05 Weeks, $80 For 10 Weeks.
  • All transactions are handled through secure and verified payment gateways.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and systems on Workuria.com are the intellectual property of the platform. Copying, duplicating, or reusing any content or system structure is not permitted without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Workuria.com is a service platform and does not guarantee any hiring or job placement. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising between job seekers and recruiters.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
